 Guest Insurance Plans through CSA

You may purchase one of the two (2) following insurances when you make a reservation.

 

1.Vacation Rental Damage Protection Insurance  (Non-Refundable Deposit Fee)

Safeguard Damage You Caused during the Trip with CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection.

You may choose to buy this insurance or alternatively, pay a deposit directly to us when you make a reservation. If you choose not to buy this insurance plan, none of the protections listed below will be available to you. 

The premium will be $69 of the gross payment. The following service is provided from CSA, not from Lei Hawaii Realty Inc.

*This product provides coverage to the guest for accidental and unintentional damage to the vacation rental unit. Exclusions and limitations apply. Please refer to the DOC/Policy for details.

*Even for those who purchased CSA travel insurance, those damages caused intentionally, with gross negligence, we still charge the damage and penalty to the credit card you have provided when you make a reservation. Also, if the insurance cannot cover the damage, we charge the damage and penalty to the credit card you have provided when you make a reservation.

What is Damage Protection?

Damage Protection is an insurance product that provides coverage to travelers that can help them protect themselves from additional expenses should accidental damage occur to a rental property during their stay.

The Damage Protection Plan provides coverage for accidental damage to the rental home that can include: broken lamps, windows and glass, electronics, damaged doors, walls and furniture, stained bedding or linens, lost keys, and re-keying costs. Why should I purchase Damage Protection?

While no one expects to damage a rental property, accidents do happen. Damage Protection is recommended if you are traveling with children, or in a group. It is also recommended if you are spending a significant amount on a luxury rental or extended stay.

What if Something Happens?

Simply report accidental damage that occurred during your stay to your property management company when you leave. Don’t be afraid to report the damage---that’s why you buy insurance! *

* If damage occurs intentionally or one commits gross negligence, we will charge the damage to the credit card we receive. Also if the damage exceeds its limits, we will charge to the credit card, too.

The premium will be 6.95% of the gross payment. The following service is provided from CSA, not from Lei Hawaii Realty Inc.

At CSA we strive to keep our claims process as hassle-free as possible. One claims representative will work with you from start to finish, making sure you receive the responsive, friendly service you need. Identity Theft Resolution Services offer you 180 days of service starting on your scheduled departure date.

Additional Services

24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services

These services offer on-the-spot and immediate assistance for unexpected problems that can arise during your trip. The hotline operates 24/7 for help anytime, any place while traveling.

Concierge Services

Get pre-trip assistance, and help to schedule golf tee times, making restaurant, airline and rental car reservations, and ticketing for entertainment and other special events.

Identity Theft Resolution Services

A service that assists when your identity has been compromised while traveling on your vacation. This service is automatically included for a full 180 days starting on your scheduled departure date. ID Theft Resolution does not include, and shall not assist you for thefts involving non-U.S. bank accounts.

Provides 24-Hour Roadside Assistance which includes:

10-Day Free Look

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. That’s why, if you need to cancel your plan, you may do so and receive a refund of your plan cost as long as you cancel your insurance within 10 days of purchase and have not filed a claim or departed on your trip. For CSA Damage Protection Insurance Plan, there is no cancellation policy.
