  good point: reasonable price, clean room, easy access to alamoana shopping center via overbridge, easy acess to the bus stop, good air condition system
  bad point: little cooking tools, a little far from waikiki(about 30 minites walk to the statue of duke)

  Everything from check in, to check out was perfect. No hassle! Valet parking was a bonus!!! The room was nice and clean, beautiful view of the ocean, A/C was perfect! I will be definitely be rebooking with them.

  I loved the place! It's an upscale hotel, with just about everything near by. The Ala Moana mall is attached to the building making it an easy walk to all the stores, dinning and shopping areas! I would love to stay here again and most likely will. I've been to the island many times and swim in Ala Moana park, the best! The neighborhood is much quieter than staying on the Waikiki strip!

  We had a very nice experience staying at this unit. Located on the 21st floor, it had great views of Wakiki and even partial views of the ocean from the lanai. With six fast elevators in the hotel, getting to and from ground floor to the room was no problem at all. The room layout and amenities were accurate as described. The check in/check out process was simple, but just pay attention during check in....the hotel staff person checking us in wanted our credit card so she could charge the $300 resort fee, although we had already paid that as part of the reservation process. After objecting, another staff person came over and showed her where we had already paid, so no worries in the end. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to the beaches, food, and shopping. Other than the occasional loud motorcycle and Subarus that some drivers race down the street, noise from the street was not a problem. We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

  This was a great location. My daughter and I rented the BIki bikes and rigide our biliés to the beach everyday.
  The hotel was clean and the pool was nice .
  Right next door there is a mall with places to eat .
  The room was clean and the view was amazing .

  The property was as the description showed, well maintained and clean.
  I enjoyed staying here, as I had some nice beaches and restaurants nearby.
  Waikiki beach is 10 minutes away on an car.
  There is a huge mall right next to the hotel, and several other stores (Wal-Mart, Target) and even gyms (Planet fitness, 24 hour fitness) nearby.
  I hope to return there soon in the future.

  The hotel room was really nice and clean with a great view overlooking the pool and part of the dock. Nice to watch the sunset/rise. There were 24hr laundry (1 washer, 2 dryers), so that was convenient as well. The location was good for my short stay, with Don Quijote also open 24 hrs a few blocks away--that made it really convenient! Starbucks is also in the lobby.
  They had silverware, a wine bottle opener, and bowls/plates which really saved me for my leftovers and adult juice. ;) They also provided dish soap/sponge.
  The rules they have differ from the hotel itself so be sure to read the rules (i.e Hotel check out is at 11am, but the realty has you check out at 10am). The staff take a while to respond via email and did not pick up my phone calls. But when they did respond, they were nice. They did not have blankets, just flat sheets to cover yourself so you do have to adjust the thermostat accordingly.

  Ala Moana shopping center is right next to this vacation rental. Grocery store is near by and ska Moana beach is across Nimitz hwy.

  In town for business and for short term vacation. The hotel,as always is great. Lei Hawaii always

  Very strategic location just next to the shopping area it’s even connected thru parking lot very convenient to go everywhere.
  Whole food walking distance, yoga place too.
  Beach and park just cross the street. Amazing location.
  Price unfortunately no different then if we book thru hotel it self and hotel has room service which clean everyday.
