• A stay with some important issues that needs addressing

  Love the location. A couple of issues that should be addressed. 1) In the evenings, the faucets sometimes only dispense very hot water in the kitchen sink as well as the shower. Too hot to even rinse off if you are showering. Had to go to the pool area shower to finish hair washing and rinsing off. 2) I closed the balcony door a bit hard once and the door somehow locked itself. I was extremely lucky to have the side glass window slightly opened and thus allowed me to remove a piece of glass to reach my arm inside to open the sliding door. This issue should be addressed, otherwise guess could be locked out with no phone to contact help. The sign on the sliding glass door advising the use of an emergency call button, if locked out, does not exist or available.

  普段はタイムシェアに宿泊しておりますが、今回は渡ハ決定が遅かったため、エアも含めて思った予約が出来ず、アイランドコロニーを使用させていただきましたが、結論は良かったの一言です。
  とりわけ、ゆったりしたラナイからの朝晩の景色が素晴らしく、帰国したばかりではありますが、すぐにでも戻りたい思いで一杯です。
  次回宿泊するとすれば、ダイヤモンドヘッド側のお部屋にも興味があります。

• good, clean studio type condo in Waikiki

  condo has all things needed for stay. Everything works. The Balcony (lanai) was fantastic, with great view of canal, city and peek at ocean. cupboards were adequately stocked. The bathroom had plenty of spare towels stored in one of dresser drawers. The internet and tv worked great. lots of places to shop and eat within few blocks walk. We did not use the ac but preferred the windows open and fans running (provided). Only thing that might be bothersome is this building has residents living in it. Some tend to smoke (marijuana) on balcony's and tends to drift into the room. If you are offended by the smell, it might not be the place for you.

  とても居心地の良い部屋でラナイも広く、ラナイで朝食を食べていると、よく西側の空に綺麗な虹が見えました。
  近くにレイハワイさんのオフィスがあり、テレビの使い方やシャワーの使い方などを聞いたりお世話になりましたが、とても親切で丁寧に教えてくださったので、安心して滞在できました。
  滞在中2回、夜中にファイアーアラーム〈誤報でした)が鳴って驚きました。アナウンスが英語だったので聞き取れず、さらに不安でしたが、高層階に泊まるときは準備をしておいたほうがいいなと思いました。

  特に立地と、33Fからの眺めも最高です!
  ラナイのソファーも部屋の中のソファーも最高にくつろぐことができました。
