Very comfortable and convenient- minor odd details

It’s walking distance from anything in Waikiki and with the two parking spaces it’s easy to go anywhere in the island and not have to worry about where to leave your rental car. During our stay there was some construction going on in the building which wasn’t a bother to us other than the cardboarded floors and blanketed elevator walls. There are no seasonings for cooking which was difficult as we didn’t want to eat out every meal. The parking spots are a bit tight we had a rental Ford edge and were able to fit in both. One of the spots is a bit difficult to find but they give you reference photos and one spot has the number written on the sign against the wall. The bed was not made with a fitted sheet- it had two flat sheets one covering the mattress. The floors didn’t feel like they had been deep cleaned from construction. The provide disposable slippers which was great! The toilet continued to run on and off through out stay randomly. The dishwasher door does not remain open and will close if there is no weight on it. Overall a great stay and worth it! I would stay here again when on island.

There was a nice view of the city and harbor from the balcony and we could see sporadic fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The place was clean. Only reason for the four stars on cleanliness is that the couch is a bit loved with some spots. But we were definitely pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable staying there. I was on the pullout couch and it was reasonably comfortable. It is super close to some restaurants (next door) and a couple of markets (a block or two) - easily walkable for me to bring stuff back, which was very appreciated given parking on city streets was scarce. The reserved parking spots are a definite plus - the ramp would be tight for a large vehicle. Check in and check out was straightforward. Would absolutely stay here again!

As before Lei Hawaii Realty ensured a seamless experience. Our only issue with the unit was that the shower walls had not been properly cleaned. We had to remove hair from a previous guest.

We have visited Waikiki many times over the years this was our first time staying at a Lei Hawaii Realty VRBO and we would definitely choose them again. The penthouse was just as pictured, although a little worn from use, but still comfortable, well stocked and clean. Great Lanai looking out at a side view of the ocean and views of Diamond Head. You can watch the Friday night fireworks from the Lanai or a short walk to the beach and the sunrise from the Lanai in the morning is beautiful. Can't say enough about the "free" parking and the location of the reserved parking space right next to the hotel elevator. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Waikiki.

The unit is FULLY furnished, meaning the kitchen has all the major appliances plus a toaster, coffee maker, full set of silverware, plates, bowls, cups, sponges, soap, paper towels. The bathroom had lots of towels. We brought some of our own but didn't need them, just our own beach towels. The parking spot A1 is the best spot in the whole place, right at the elevator and plenty of parking room. The unit is older so don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but the price is right for what you get. The owner/mgt co. also try to explain everything possible via email prior to your arrival. We never had to call while there as we didn't need assistance with any issues. Internet has a good signal, never had any problems with my laptop or cell phone. I recommend this place. All they need is a dresser in the bedroom for socks and stuff.

It is located in a hotel, with friendly staff, located right near many shops and food. The beach was a ten minute walk up the street, and a big shopping mall was just a couple miles away as well. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, checking out the views with a cup of coffee in hand. We had an amazing stay.

We had to finish our holiday early due to the coronavirus, we let the apartment owners know we were leaving early, they said it was a shame but understood and also refunded our money for the days we didn’t use, this was very kind and we really appreciate this kind thought

We really enjoyed the views from the balcony and to just sit there with a drink and relax from the big day swimming and sight seeing. The room was extremely clean and and plenty of room to spread out and not falling over suitcases. The bed was a great size and really comfortable. The only downfall to the room was the amount of signs stuck up around the room on what you are not allowed to do. This made us feel quite uncomfortable and not very welcoming. A few small things like a beach umbrella and some kids beach toys would be a nice and helpful touch to help people enjoy their stay. But with those small complaints I would not hesitate to recommend this room to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you.

ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジが近く、毎週金曜の花火を歩いて観に行きました。
ソファベッドも寝心地良くて 毎日良く眠れました。ゴミ出しも簡単です。
ペントハウスなので、他の宿泊客と廊下で会うこともなく、隣の部屋の声も全く気になりません。
部屋のインテリアも素敵で気持ちよく過ごせました。
アラモアナショッピングセンターも徒歩で行けるので とても便利です。 -
